In order to create a custom package all you would need to do is to fill out the contact form on the contact page and let us know exactly what you needed to be done, and we will customize a package and quote and send it right back to you.

We do offer refunds on all services under $100. On projects over $100, the max refund available to be received will be half of what was paid. If the project hasn't been completed in 90 days, the customer forfeits all payments and becomes non-refundable, unless the cause of the delay was from the designers end.

Custom orders are okay too. Just fill out a form and send us an example of exactly what you need and we will let you know if we can do that for you or not.

We do offer maintenance fees for websites and mobile apps, either monthly or project-based. It all depends on what works for the clients. Some choose to pay monthly for high volume changes and others not so much.
